Workshop Description – Happy Body, Happy Brain – Healthy Eating Magic!
A playful and meaningful class that helps children build a healthy relationship with food — learning that what we eat becomes our energy, our mood, and our mind.
Through storytelling, try-out experiments, games, and body–mind awareness activities, children discover how food affects their strength, mood, focus, and studies.
What We Do
Students explore healthy eating through:

Sugar Experiment – how “too much” becomes harmful (bowl + sugar)

Energy Test Game – slow food vs. fast sugar comparison

Body Listening Practice – “How does my stomach feel?” awareness

Junk Food Puppet Story – temptation vs. choice

Healthy Plate Sorting Game – fruits, grains, veggies, proteins

Gratitude Bite & Mindful Eating – smell, chew, taste, slow-bite magic
What Children Learn
Physical Awareness:
– Food is fuel — it gives us power for sports, studies & play
– Water, fruits & home food keep the body strong
Emotional Understanding:
– Sugary snacks give a short “happy jump” but a long “tired crash”
– Eating together builds love, sharing, and family connection
Mental Skills:
– Healthy food = sharp brain & better memory
– Junk overload = sleepy, distracted, low focus
Self-Discipline:
– “Sometimes food” vs. “Everyday food”
– I choose what goes inside my body
